  • Shipping

    • How much does shipping cost?
      Standard delivery charges are included in the invoice. Express delivery charges may apply and will be shared based on delivery location.
    • What shipping carriers do you use?
      Orders are shipped via reputed courier partners and/or Indian Postal Service based on your location.
    • When and where will I receive the tracking ID?
      Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of successful payment. Tracking ID is shared via WhatsApp and email upon shipment.
    • Where do you deliver?
      We deliver across India. Enter your Pin Code on the product page to verify serviceability.
    • Can I get a return or refund if the product is damaged during shipping?
      Yes, if reported within 7 days and the damaged product is returned, a replacement is provided as per policy.

    • What is the timeline for returning the item?
      Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    • How do I arrange for a pick-up?
      Contact ecommerce@waaree.com. Pickup may be done by our courier partner or via third-party courier. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility.
