Shipping
- How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery charges are included in the invoice. Express delivery charges may apply and will be shared based on delivery location. - What shipping carriers do you use?
Orders are shipped via reputed courier partners and/or Indian Postal Service based on your location. - When and where will I receive the tracking ID?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of successful payment. Tracking ID is shared via WhatsApp and email upon shipment. - Where do you deliver?

Yes, damage intimation timelines 7 days, a replacement is provided as per policy.

Returns
- What is the timeline for returning the item?
Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery , If a customer returns the material after delivery or in transit cancel the logistics cost should be handle by the customer.
Product Return Eligibility & Time LimitReturn requests will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The Customer raises a return request within seven (7) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery of the product(s) at the designated delivery address.
- The product(s) must be in their original, undamaged, and unused condition, with original packaging, labels, serial numbers, and accompanying documentation intact.
- Return eligibility is subject to the nature of the defect or issue as assessed by Waaree's quality team.
- Products that have been installed, modified, tampered with, or used do not qualify for return under this Policy, unless otherwise covered under Waaree's applicable warranty terms.
IMPORTANT: Any return request received after the seven (7) day period from the date of delivery shall not be accepted or entertained, irrespective of the reason cited by the customer. Waaree shall have no obligation to process, review, or respond to any return request submitted beyond the prescribed return window.
Further, all documents, information, photographs, videos, proofs, declarations, and any other details required by Waaree for the assessment, verification, and processing of a return request must be submitted by the customer within the same seven (7) day period from the date of delivery. Failure to provide the required information and supporting documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the rejection of the return request, and Waaree reserves the right to decline such requests at its sole discretion.
