Returns & Refund Policy

1. What are the accumulated delivery charges?
All products shall be delivered to the location of the customer wherein the delivery charges shall be borne by the customer at actuals.
Further, charges for the delivery of your ordered goods may be intimated to you by our executive which can be paid in advance to WAAREE before goods are shipped or to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
2. Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of business days?
It is possible that the seller(s) or courier partner(s) may have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In such scenario, actual delivery may be extended for few days as per the situation. Further, some of our courier partners and sellers do not work on Saturdays & Sundays due to which the delivery date may vary from the estimated delivery date.
3. What is the estimated delivery time?
Generally, sellers procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page but may vary on the following factors:
l. The seller offering the product
2. Product's availability with the seller
3. The destination to which the order needs to be shipped from the location of the Seller
4. For any other reason which is not attributable to the Seller.
4. Are there any hidden costs such as sales tax, octroi, GST, etc on items sold?
There are NO other hidden charges when you make a purchase on our portal. All the prices listed are final and exclusive of all taxes. The price you see on the cart page is exactly what you would pay for.
5. How do we ship my orders?
All your orders are sent via reputed courier partners and/or registered post through the Indian Postal Service depending upon your location of delivery.
6. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
Subject to point no. 2 above, seller ships your order(s) with our courier partners where you can expect delivery(s) within two (2) to six (6) weeks upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.
7. Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?
You should have probably noticed varying estimated delivery time of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
You may enter your pin code on the product page to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.
8. Why does the seller cannot ship to my area?
Please enter your Pin Code on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location. If not deliverable at your Pin Code, the same may be due to following factors listed below:
(a) If you haven't provided your Pin Code until the checkout stage, the Pin Code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
(b) Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:
l. whether the seller is available to ship to your location
2. Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
3. The non-availability of reliable courier partners in your location.
4. At times sellers may not be able to or prefer to ship to certain locations due to certain restrictions or otherwise which is entirely based on their own discretion.
9. What are the payment methods available?
At the moment, we accept only prepaid order and currently we do not offer Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment option.
10. What is the timeline for returning the item?
We accept the return request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product post which no returns shall be accepted.
11. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
If you have received any damaged piece or wish to return any particular item then you can initiate a return by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving the request, you shall receive a call thereby explaining the process of return that you have initiated.
Wherever possible our courier partner will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our courier partner, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees shall be borne by the buyer.
12. What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?
1. 'In Stock'
Means are available and the delivery of the same will be based on your location Pin Code (usually we take 2-6 business days for areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 2-3 weeks depending on the location.
Means we might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item along with certain amount of advance payment. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and your location and the balance payment to be made once you receive the message for balance payment.
3. 'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'
Means such items which are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official launch and will reach you in 4 to 12 business days subject to point 2 above. The Pre-order duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)
4. 'Out of Stock'
Means the item is currently not available but may be available as per stock availability.
5. 'Back In Stock Soon'
Means the item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for such product and may be shipped as soon as it is back in stock according to the timelines mentioned.
6. 'Temporarily Unavailable'
The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in manufacturing / procurement process & will be soon available in stock. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.
7. 'Permanently Discontinued'
This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.
13. When will I get my refund?
Following are the estimated refund processing timelines after the item is received to the seller who notifies us of the receipt of the return and issue a refund to your original payment method:

*Once the payment is refunded, we may provide you reference no. generated and in case you do not receive refund timelines you may contact your bank for further information and we shall not be held responsible in case you do not receive refund.
14. How much amount of refund will be made due to transit damage?
Small packages are sent through 3rd party courier company, if any item found damaged during transit in that case, following replacement shall be provided for such damaged products as per Waaree policy only after damaged material is returned back to us.
15. How much amount of refund will be made due to wrong item delivery?
We dispatch numerous of packages every day, human error tends to happen, In case, wrong item has been delivered, we shall ask you to kindly return the wrong item and upon receipt & after verification of the material & original documents, a new order will be placed and delivered.
16. Is cancellation allowed while product is in transit?
We usually ship product next day, with intend to deliver the item across INDIA. Once, item starts travelling, cancellation of existing order will attract 15% cancellation charges of total product value cancelled.
17. What if cancellations due to unavoidable reasons?
There are times when some unavoidable reason occur, in such case, if order id has been generated and paid partially, cancellation of existing order will attract 15% cancellation charges of total product value cancelled.
18. What if cancellation due to non-performance of solar system?
There are many factors which impacts the efficiency of solar system such as electricity situation in the city, how panels are installed, electrical parameters, natural sun cycle, unavoidable clouds, rains, etc. Once, system is installed, it cannot be returned.
