These terms apply to your use of shop.waaree, operated by Waaree Energies Limited (“Waaree,” “we,” “us,” “our”). “You” means the customer using the site.

Welcome to shop.waaree. By browsing, registering on, or buying from this website, you agree to these Website Usage Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. WHO CAN USE THE SITE

3. PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING

We try to describe and price every product (solar modules, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, accessories and related items) as accurately as possible. However:

  • Product images are for illustration. Actual colour, finish and packaging may vary slightly.
  • Technical specifications, wattage, certifications and availability may change; we will reflect updates on the site as soon as practicable.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where stated, are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as indicated at checkout.
  • If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after an order confirmation. We will inform you if this happens.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch (or as otherwise stated at checkout). We may decline or limit an order — for example, where stock is unavailable, the delivery location is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The Waaree name, the “WAAREE” wordmark, the “One with the Sun” tagline, logos, page designs, text, graphics and product images on the site are owned by Waaree Energies Limited and/or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

When using the site you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful or disruptive code.
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to extract data, place bulk orders, or manipulate pricing or stock.
  • Post or transmit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Misuse promotions, coupons or referral schemes, or place orders with no genuine intention to purchase.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance and consumer-redressal options available to you under law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
